【Rolled Omelets】Always a welcome sight in bentos even it’s just one slice(^^♪
Use special omlet pan for this recipe
2 eggs ★1tsp dash salt, sesami oil
1.Whisk eggs. Add mixture dash salt and stir well.
2.Lightly grease omlet pan. Pour in 1/3 of egg mixture and spread thinly.
3.Cook until surface begins to congeal.
4.Roll omlet from back edge toward you, then push to the back of the pan.
5.Lightly grease pan again. Repeat step 2 twice, rolling over the previous layer,creating a rolled omelet.
