Today’s bento recipe
400 g (14oz) ground beef, 1/2 onion, minced, 2 tsp vegetable oil, （★1/2 egg, whisked, 3 tbsp panko breadcrumbs, 3 tbsp milk, salt, pepper to taste★）
- Heat 1 tsp oil in frying pan and saute onions. Once tender, spread out onions on a baking sheet and let cool.
- Add ground beef to a bowl and knead. Add onions and mixture (★★）and knead until mixed.
- Divided meat mixture into 8 eqaul portions and shape into small patties. Heat 1 tsp oil in frying pan. Add burgers to pan and brown on both sides. Cover with lid turn heat to low and cook for 5 minutes or until done.Add ketchup or sauce on the side.
