Today’s Bento Recipe

「Omlet Rice」

*Chicken rice Ingredients*
300g(10 1/2 oz )cooked rice
・100g (3 oz)diced chicken breast
・100g (3 oz)chopped onion
・4 tbsp. ketchup
・salt and pepper
・1 tbsp. butter  or oil 

Instructions

  1. Let’s cook chicken rice first!
    Heat one tablespoon of butter in a frying pan.
  2. Cook the chopped onion until tender.
  3. Diced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  4. Add four tablespoons of ketchup and cook them together.
  5. Add cooked rice and cook and mix until evenly coated with ketchup.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to finish.

*omelet ingredients *
・ 2 eggs
・salt and pepper
・½ tbsp. butter or oil

Instructions

1.Beat two eggs in a bowl.
2. And seasoned with salt and pepper. 
3. Heat ½ tablespoon of butter in a frying pan.
4. Spread the egg mixture and make a round omelet.
5. Before the egg is fully cooked place the seasoned rice in the middle.
6. Fold both sides of the egg.
7. Then shape it using the edge of the pan.
8. Carefully flip it over into a plate.
9. Put some ketchup on top.

【Chicken Cutlets】

*Ingredients*

2 chicken breasts , dash each salt, pepper ★1 egg, whisked, 1 tsp olive oil

cake flour, panko breadcrumbs, frying oil, as needed

Instructions

  1. Pound out with a tenderizer. Dust with salt and pepper.
  2. Combine mixture ★and stir well.
  3. Dust chicken with flour, dredge through mixture ★and coat with panko.
  4. Fry in oil heated to 170℃ (340℉)
  5. Drain off oil.
  6. Let cool then slice into easy- to eat pieces.
