Yakisoba is stir-fried noodle with meat and vegetables.
Chicken Breast-thinly sliced 1 breast
Vegetable oil 1/2 TBSP
Carrot-cut into thin rectangles 1 small carrot
Green bell pepper-thinly sliced 1/2 large bell pepper
Onion-thinly sliced 1/2 medium onion
Cabbage-cut in square 1/4 head
■ Salt & Pepper
Spaghetti noodle-cooked 6 oz
Yakisoba sauce 4-6 TBSP
1.Cut vegetables & chicken. Cook noodles.
2.Heat oil in skillet.
Stir-fry the chicken until cooked.
3.4.Add carrots, onions & bell peppers. Then stir-fry for 3min
4.Add cabbage and stir-fry for 2 minute.
6.Add sauce and stir quickly. (Adjust the sauce to your taste)
