This is the most voluminous chicken side! Cut before freezing for extremely easy bento prep.
2 chicken breasts , dash each salt, pepper ★1 egg, whisked, 1 tsp olive oil
cake flour, panko breadcrumbs, frying oil, as needed
- Pound out with a tenderizer. Dust with salt and pepper.
- Combine mixture ★and stir well.
- Dust chicken with flour, dredge through mixture ★and coat with panko.
- Fry in oil heated to 170℃ (340℉）
- Drain off oil.
- Let cool then slice into easy- to eat pieces.
