Ｇｉｎｇｅｒ Ｐｏｒｋ Ｂｅｎｔｏ
This is the king of sides if you want that rice gobbled up quickly. The ginger keeps this tender after thawing.
Ｔｏｄａｙ’ｓ Ｂｅｎｔｏ Ｒｅｃｉｐｅ
8 slices pork loin, thinly sliced, dash salt, 1 nub ginger, olive oil, as needed,
★1 tbsp each soy sauce, mirin, 1/2 tbsp sake★
1.Score pork. Dust with salt.
2. Grate ginger, and then rub into pork. Let sit for 10 minutes.
3.Heat oil in frying pan, and drain pork and add to pan. Once both sides are browned and pork is cooked through, add marinade from step 2 and mixture ★
4.Stir to coat.
